Financial judgmentwith AI, not alone
AI decision infrastructure that separates judgment, execution, and logging—built for live validation and auditable, replayable records.
NoahAI Labs designs AI to support users’ financial judgment. NoahAI is not a short-term tool—it is an AI financial assistant whose judgment quality grows as your financial context accumulates. It organizes complex financial information, compares trade-offs among options, and helps you not carry judgment alone. This structure has been running beta validation on real user accounts since November 2024; every judgment, execution, and outcome is logged and replayable.

Problem
Finance is getting more complex, but responsibility still rests on the individual.
- • Those who get information faster tend to keep pulling ahead
- • The work of judgment falls disproportionately on individuals
- • Information gaps turn into outcome gaps
- • Branch closures and the shift to digital channels leave some people behind
- • Accessibility barriers from complex apps and jargon
- • Psychological burden of 24/7 market monitoring
- • Irrational losses from emotional decisions
Approach
An AI financial assistant that supports judgment
- • AI organizes and explains what matters for judgment; you decide
- • Usable by anyone via voice and conversation
- • Judgment rationale is logged and explainable; quality grows with your context
- • AI continuously organizes and presents information from within the user’s API environment
- • Complex information explained in plain language
- • Data-based comparison of options to aid understanding
- • Support for digital inclusion
Core problems NoahAI addresses
1. Closing the information gap
AI organizes complex financial information and explains it in plain language. Multiple indicators and signals are synthesized into summaries that support understanding—not a substitute for regulated professional advice.
2. Easing the burden of judgment
Markets never stop, but people need rest. AI continuously organizes information so you can see what matters and make decisions when you need to.
3. Improving the judgment environment
We organize complex financial information for your situation and compare options to aid understanding. Judgment quality improves over time through logging and replay.
Digital inclusion
NoahAI is designed so people can receive financial judgment support through conversation alone, without navigating complex apps. Seniors, people with disabilities, and non-native speakers can interact through voice and natural language.
How it works with conversation only
Voice input (STT)
"Recommend ETFs" or "How is my account?"
Users can ask in everyday language. No deep menu navigation or complex setup is required to begin.
AI voice guidance (TTS)
Answers can be heard without screens
AI reads key responses aloud. Even when viewing a screen is difficult, users can receive and act on guidance.
Context accumulation
Gets better with use
Prior conversations and judgment history accumulate, enabling responses tuned to each user context.
Strategic AI response design
Context-aware responses
Responses are tailored by risk profile, asset situation, and decision history. The same question can produce different summaries by user context.
Stepwise explanation depth
Complex concepts are decomposed progressively. Users can request deeper detail on demand.
Confirmation loop
Before important actions, AI inserts confirmation prompts to reduce misunderstanding and keep the user in control.
Risk-first alerting
When risk signals rise, alerts are prioritized first. The assistant focuses on structuring information and supporting understanding within legal boundaries.
Operating status
Not a slide deck—live validation. Beta testing on real user accounts since November 2024, with AI judgment, execution outcomes, and risk data recorded as local logs and public-safe aggregated KPIs. AI supports judgment; execution follows the user's choices. Everything is logged and reproducible. The same structure is now implemented for ETF & equities (adapter complete, conditional beta validation in live operation).
Beta start
Nov 2024 – present
Mode
Real-account beta validation & judgment log collection
Environment
User's own account & API environment · 6 exchanges
※ Judgment data is collected from each beta user’s own API environment. Orders, fills, and fund transfers are executed by external exchange APIs. User assets and API keys are never transferred to NoahAI servers.
